I had a Life Calling Session with Debra because my life was going round in circles and I didn't know which direction to go. This was confusing, frustrating and I felt dissatisfied. The session was brilliant - it clarified which direction was best for me and gave me a clear path to follow. It really took the pressure off me and made me feel happier in myself.

A few months later, I booked a Coaching Session because I was feeling completely stressed out, felt that everything was getting on top of me and was also quite depressed. Debra helped me using a combination of coaching and NLP and after just one hour, I couldn't understand why I'd been stressed in the first place because I felt so calm and in control.  This session had a really positive impact on my performance at work and I won an award for World Class Customer Service.

I have recently had another Coaching Session because my life was chaotic and I was feeling overwhelmed. I wanted a plan to fit in studying to achieve further qualifications to aid my career progression at the bank. Debra gave me some time planning tools, provided me with sample forms and helped me to clarify the steps I needed to take with timescales which were achievable yet challenging.

Debra genuinely cares for people and she does make a difference - I have no hesitation in recommending her services. And there's always a warm hug whenever I need it.
